How I Help My Clients
Create the Movement!
The best organizational models establish movements not institutions or traditional businesses. Jesus did not form an institution; he created a movement!
Establish and cast that ever crucial Vision.
The vision inspires and motivates. The Twelve Apostles had a vision of the Kingdom of God and most of them gave up their lives following that vision.
Forge a Specific Mission.
The mission is critical to building a rooted organization. This is the trunk! Everything flows from here and branches off to new ventures. The Mission holds it together. Jesus "set his sights on Jerusalem" to fulfill his Mission. He was clear about what needed to happen to fulfill "the will of the Father."
Articulate Distinct Values
Values create the rich soil in which the organizational "tree" grows and thrives. The values state: "this is where we are planted and the part of the earth we care about the most!" Jesus was constantly teaching values: give away a cloak if you have two, forgive your fellow 70 multiplied by 7 times, bless those who persecute you, and so forth.
Create the Right Organizational Culture
One of the secrets to building high output teams is the formation of a consistent, value-reflective culture that accurately exhibits what the organization believes. Many, perhaps even most, organizations cultivate a culture that communicates contrary messages to the Vision and Mission -- keeping them congruent is essential.
Get the Right People on Board and Keep Them
Choosing the key people for critical positions to accomplish the Mission is critical. God has a place for everyone; we seek God's will to put the right person in the right place, and then forge a synergy in teams for high productivity.
Develop a Sturdy Infrastructure
This is where the rubber hits the road! How do you take the Vision and Mission and translate them into cost-effective, high output activity with great results? Cladis specializes in the building of organizational infrastructures that sustain health and growth over key leadership changes. The challenge is to preserve the Jesus Movement within an organizational infrastructure.
Mission Critical
Focus your organization or congregation on what's really important and go after it. Ironically, churches with general missions seem to attract few, while churches with specific missions tend to draw many.
Stewardship for non-profits
Build strong donor-based organizations that build enduring relationships with contributors. Stewardship is about discovering the joy of giving to the cause of Christ.
Capital Campaigns
Proven methods for gathering support and financial commitments for large projects. Connecting large projects with the critical mission is key.
Comprehensive Organizational Diagnosis
Conduct an organization-wide check-up to see what needs to be done to streamline the operations and advance the mission of the organization.
Executive/Pastor Coaching
Coaching pastors and executives through difficult crises and challenges: a confidential ministry of coming along side a Christian leader and offering guidance and support.
