Dr. George Cladis is committed to helping churches and non-profits achieve excellence in leadership and management through the effective use of teams. Dr. Cladis has pastored churches both small and large, significantly grown congregations using teams and served as Vice President of Operations of a medium sized global corporation. Today he combines his experience and education to serve as the Executive Pastor of Liberty Churches (a large multi-site church in metro Boston), the Executive Operating Officer of the New England Dream Center (a large faith-based social service non-profit in Massachusetts), instructor in the Doctor of Ministry program at Fuller Theological Seminary, author of books and articles on team ministry, and consultant to churches both large and small specifically about organizing for high growth and health.
